The VertiMax Waist Harness is a heavy duty nylon belt with cam buckle and cam release safety strap. This belt includes two independent slide on waist pads for comfort with each pad containing a spring snap to attach any resistance band with appropriate connector ringlets. The red rubberized waist pads have a tighter fit on the youth waist belt than the waist pads of the medium and large waist harness. The tighter fit allows athletes to apply more rotational torque to the hips without the waist pads sliding along the belt.
