The 360 belt is a solid nylon belt with 2 metal loops. These belts are worn around the waist for attachment to a VertiMax Training system. These work very well for acceleration and speed training as well as allowing for a seamless change of direction and deceleration training. These belts can also be worn for strength training and rehabilitation exercises. Available in three sizes - Small 42" - Medium 52" - Large 62"
Note this product is not to be used as a safety harness to support body weight and protect against falling. This belt is one you step into - there is no velcro adjustment. This is for OFF PLATFORM Speed & Agility use only.
